Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. These terms
By placing an order with RTB you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and send your confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay; orders over ₦150,000 ship free. Card payments are processed by Paystack. Cash on delivery is available for Lagos addresses on orders under ₦200,000.
The price charged is always the price shown on the product page at the time of ordering, as recalculated by our server at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please make sure the address and phone number you give us are correct — we cannot be responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address.
5. Returns and exchanges
Unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, niqabs, underscarf caps and pins are not returnable unless faulty. Full details are on our shipping & returns page. Nothing here affects your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
6. Product accuracy
We photograph our pieces as faithfully as we can, but colours vary between screens. Measurements are given as a guide; small variations are normal in garments finished by hand.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lagos State courts.
