Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RTB is a modest fashion brand based at 14 Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. For the purposes of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), we are the data controller for the personal information described here. Questions go to hello@rtb.ng.

2. What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone number and password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; we never see or store them in plain text.
• Order details — delivery address, items ordered, amounts paid and order history.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Paystack. We receive a transaction reference, amount, status and card channel; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Communications — messages you send through the contact form, and your newsletter preference.
• Technical data — IP address and request metadata, used to rate-limit forms and prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, to provide customer support, to send transactional email (order confirmations and status updates), and — only if you opt in — to send marketing email. We also use aggregate order data to understand what to make more of.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the providers that run the shop: Supabase (database and authentication), Paystack (payments), Resend (transactional email) and our delivery partners. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights

Under the NDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rtb.ng. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. We do not use advertising cookies.
