Delivery
Orders are steamed, wrapped and dispatched from our Lagos studio within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Standard delivery is free on orders over ₦150,000.

Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? No drama. Email hello@rtb.ng with your order number and we'll arrange the rest - including a rider pickup in Lagos.
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, niqabs and underscarf caps are final sale unless faulty.
- Sale pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return.
Faulty or incorrect piece? That's on us - we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery, and cover the return shipping.
